Week 7: in which I go to Pareeee (Paris)

This past weekend I went to Paris for the first time ever to visit one of my oldest friends who is studying there. I’m not going to write much this week, partially because I have so many pictures to share that if I wrote paragraphs this post would take two literal hours to read and partially because I am too exhausted from my late train ride/midterm this morning (yeah, I didn’t really think that through) to be witty in any way.

What I will say though is I can’t believe I had never been. If I could afford to live there, I would move there tomorrow: I absolutely love everything about it. The problem is that I would have to sell all my belongings and probably go into prostitution in order to be able to afford living in a place where an omelet is 15 euro… but maybe one day when I’m rich and famous I’ll be able to move there. Still working on figuring out how to accomplish the rich and famous part. Will let you know when I do.

In the meantime, here’s a photo diary of some of the things I did (and ate) (GOD BLESS the macaron) whilst in the city of overpriced and overcrowded lights.
